No return & no exchange and no refund for Lingerie products and Customised orders.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to original method of payment, within 2 days.
** CASH ON DELIVERY FEES*** WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if there are any size issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chutkoobrand@gmail.com.
For non-customised orders, we’ve a 3 day return policy.
Extra charge of 100 Rs will be taken for exchanging product.
